United States, Sept. 29 -- The Inter-American Development Bank Group (IDB Group) has appointed Mark Lopes as Head of its Miami Office following a competitive selection process. Mr. Lopes brings extensive experience in the private and public sectors, including in multilateral development banks. The appointment comes as the IDB Group consolidates the leadership team of its Miami Office, the institution's first presence in the United States outside Washington, D.C., and the first office of a multilateral development bank in the city.
