France, April 2 -- France based LUMINOV has secured contract from SPL DE L'ARTOIS for Earthmoving work 100003 - Requalification work on the Noumea city in ROUVROY 62 as part of the major urban project Commitment for the Renewal of the Mining Basin ERBM Relaunch of lots 1 and 5 and consultation for lot 6. The value of the contract is worth 15425400 EUR.
