Lockheed Martin Space Awarded $211.4 Million Modification for THAAD Launchers Under UAE FMS Case

United States, Aug. 12 -- Lockheed Martin Space, Sunnyvale, California, is being awarded a $211,435,067 modification (P00082) to a previously awarded modification (HQ0147-19-C-5001) under a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) case to the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The value of this contract increased to $1,054,537,337. Under this modification, the contractor will manufacture and produce new Configuration 3 (C3) THAAD Launchers.The performance period is from August 2026 through January 2031. One offer was solicited and one offer was received.UAE FMS funds in the amount of $211,435,067 are being obligated on this modification. The Missile Defense Agency, Huntsville, Alabama, is the contracting activity.
