United States, Sept. 4 -- Leidos Inc., Reston, Virginia, has been awarded a $9,951,332 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for comprehensive research, analysis, and experimentation on space-based and hybrid communication technologies. This contract provides for scientific, engineering, and technical support.Work will be performed in Reston, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by Dec. 4, 2031. This contract was a competitive acquisition, and one offer was received.Fiscal 2026 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $60,000 are being obligated at time of award.
