France, April 22 -- France based LE VIGILANT SECURITE PRIVEE has secured contract from Avenue-Web Systemes for Security services Framework agreement for purchase orders and subsequent contracts for guarding and surveillance services for departmental buildings and implementation of one-off services for all departmental services - Lot n 2 Guarding and surveillance of the Hotel du Departement du Nord and the Nouveau Forum departmental buildings and services in the Lille district.
