Latvia, March 4 -- Latvia based Latvijas Mobilais Telefons SIA has secured contract from Daugavpils valstspilsetas pasvaldiba for Mobile-telephone services - Provision of mobile communications and internet services for Daugavpils municipal institutions and capital companies. The value of the contract is not disclosed.
