United States, Oct. 15 -- JLL Capital Markets announced today the sale of Manchester Village, a 162,326-square-foot retail shopping center located at 550 John Ross Parkway in Rock Hill, South Carolina. JLL represented the seller, NAI Southern Real Estate, in the transaction. JLL also arranged the acquisition financing for the buyer.Manchester Village is a high-performing retail center anchored by TJ Maxx, Ross Dress for Less, HomeGoods, Michaels and Books-A-Million, with additional tenants including Ulta Beauty, Five Below and Panera Bread.
