United States, July 30 -- JLL's Hotels & Hospitality group announced today it has arranged the refinancing for the Hilton Dallas Plano Granite Park, a 300-room full-service hotel in Plano, Texas.JLL worked on behalf of the borrower, Driftwood Capital, to secure the floating-rate, three-year loan through a debt fund.The property is situated within Granite Park, a 90-acre Class A mixed-use development at the intersection of Dallas North Tollway and Sam Rayburn Tollway in West Plano.
