United States, Aug. 25 -- JLL's Hotels & Hospitality group announced today it has arranged a $57 million refinance for the Sofitel Philadelphia at Rittenhouse Square, a 306-key luxury hotel in the heart of Center City Philadelphia.JLL worked on behalf of the borrower, a joint venture including Clearview Hotel Capital, to secure a loan through Simmons Bank.The property is located at 120 S. 17th St., steps from the iconic Rittenhouse Square park in one of the city's most prestigious neighborhoods.
