United States, Sept. 14 -- JFL Consulting LLC, Edgewater, Maryland, is awarded $61,570,161 for a firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract in support of the United States Naval Observatory to obtain the infrastructure and services required to build and sustain security services that ensure the integrity and availability of precise time astrometry enterprise systems.
