Tierney and Co (2002) Ltd has secured contract from Health Service Executive (HSE) for Engineering design services for mechanical and electrical installations for buildings - Multi-Party Framework Agreement for Building Services Engineering (MandE) as part of an Architect Led Design Team to deliver multiple Enabling Works Projects at University Hospital Galway .
