France, Dec. 18 -- France based IRH Ingenieur Conseil has secured contract from Avenue-Web Systemes for Design support services - Legal, technical and financial assistance to the project owner (AMO) for the construction of the Douvaine wastewater treatment plant and demolition of the existing structure. The value of the contract is worth 109159700 EUR.
