Investment through JICA-Funded Trust Fund 'TADAC' (Private Sector Investment Finance): Signing of Loan Agreement for Financial Inclusion of Women-Led Medium-Sized Enterprises in Brazil
Brazil, June 8 -- On May 26, through the Trust Fund Achieving Development of Latin America and the Caribbean (TADAC) invested by the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), the Inter-American Development Bank Investment Company (IDB Invest) signed a loan agreement with Banco ABC Brasil S.A. The funding will strengthen access to financing for medium-sized enterprises in the Federative Republic of Brazil.Under this project, IDB Invest and TADAC provide a total USD 50 million loan, with an additional USD 50 million provided by FinDev Canada.
