India, Feb. 11 -- India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) has upgraded the ratings of Shriram Pistons and Rings Limited (SPRL) and its bank loan facilities and proposed non-convertible debentures (NCDs) to 'IND AA+' from 'IND AA' while resolving the Rating Watch with Positive Implications. The Outlook is Stable.
