India, Sept. 19 -- India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) has upgraded Reaghan Fashions Private Limited's (RFPL) bank loan facilities' long-term rating to 'IND BBB+' from 'IND BBB' and short-term rating to 'IND A2+' from 'IND A3+'. The Outlook is Stable.
