India, Feb. 11 -- India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) has migrated Karuna Management Services Limited's (KMSL) bank loan ratings to the non-cooperating category and simultaneously withdrawn them. The issuer did not participate in the rating exercise, despite multiple requests and follow-ups by the agency through emails. Thus, the rating is based on the best available information.
