India, June 30 -- India Ratings and Research (Ind-Ra) has downgraded the long-term rating on Vishwa Samudra Engineering Private Limited's (VSEPL) bank loan ratings to 'IND BBB+' from 'IND A', and the short-term rating to 'IND A2' from 'IND A1'. The Outlook is Negative.
