India, June 10 -- Hitesha Finance and Investment Limited has surrendered its Certificate of Registration, leading to its cancellation by the RBI.The action was taken because the company exited the Non-Banking Financial Institution business, in accordance with Section 45-IA (6) of the RBI Act. Its CoR had been issued on August 24, 2001, and the registration was cancelled on May 15, 2026.
