United States, July 23 -- Hensel Phelps Construction Co., Orlando, Florida, was awarded a $10,000,000 modification (P00032) to contract W91278-22-C-0008 for an equitable adjustment to settle material, equipment and labor costs, providing a partial payment so construction can proceed while final schedule delays and costs are definitized.One bid was solicited with one received. Work will be performed in Panama City, Florida, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 12, 2026.Fiscal 2025 military construction, Air Force funds in the amount of $10,000,000 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile, Alabama, is the contracting activity.
