HCL Corporation Private Limited surrenders Certificate of Registration to RBI on exit from NBFI business

India, Oct. 9 -- HCL Corporation Private Limited has surrendered its Certificate of Registration (CoR) granted by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). The RBI, in exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934 ('the RBI Act'), has therefore cancelled the CoR on September 29, 2026.The company's registered office is at 806, Siddharth, 96, Nehru Place, South Delhi, New Delhi, 110019. Its CoR No. is N-14.03318, issued on August 6, 2015.The Certificate of Registration was surrendered due to exit from Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI) business.
