France, Feb. 10 -- France based Groupement ECOSI/DG Conseil has secured contract from Avenue-Web Systemes for Financial consultancy services - Legal, administrative, financial, tax, social, environmental, IT and technical support for the Rouen Normandy Metropolis in terms of monitoring and organizing the mobility service concession and the transport authority of the Elbeuvian conurbation (TAE) and associated mobility services. The value of the contract is worth 17500000 EUR.
