United States, Feb. 5 -- Every year, Car and Driver magazine tests over 450 new cars across all vehicle segments and ranks them out of 10 stars. Every vehicle that scores at least 9 stars gets an Editors' Choice award, and this year, of the 131 total winners, 16 vehicles from General Motors spanning a wide range of segments made the cut.
