United States, Dec. 17 -- General Dynamics Electric Boat Corp., Groton, Connecticut, was awarded a $20,876,043 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N00024-20-C-2114) for reactor plant planning yard support for nuclear-powered submarines and support yard for the Navy's moored training ships. This modification includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this modification to $111,299,417. Work will be performed in Groton, Connecticut (90%); and Charleston, South Carolina (10%).
