General Dynamics awarded $230,495,111 contract

United States, April 23 -- General Dynamics, Bath Iron Works, Bath, Maine, is being awarded a $230,495,111 cost-plus-award-fee modification, against previously awarded contract (N00024-24-C-4212) for integrated planning yard services and long lead-time material for Arleigh Burke-class guided missile destroyers. Work will be performed in Bath, Maine, and is expected to be completed by July 2027. If all options are exercised, the contract value is expected to total $895 million. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $10,191,244 (4%) will be obligated at time of award and will expire at the end of the fiscal year. The Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Conversion, and Repair, Bath, Maine, is the contracting activity.
