GE Aerospace Qualifies High-Voltage Power Solutions for U.S. Military Ground Vehicles
United States, June 8 -- GE Aerospace announced the qualification of its High-Voltage Power Controller (HVPC) and Unidirectional Converter (UDC), marking both products as production-ready for U.S. military ground vehicles.The High-Voltage Power Controller and Unidirectional Converter both leverage GE Aerospace's Silicon Carbide (SiC) MOSFET, Power Overlay Packaging (POL) and module technologies, delivering best-in-class size, weight, power, and cost advantages.
