France, July 14 -- Thales, Airbus Defence and Space, Destinus, MBDA Deutschland and Safran Electronics & Defense, will develop Europe's first sovereign exo-atmospheric upper-layer interceptor programme, designed for full interoperability with NATO IAMD and the European Sky Shield Initiative.
