Estonia, Feb. 17 -- Estonia based Ernst & Young Baltic AS has secured contract from Riigi Tugiteenuste Keskus for Research and development consultancy services - comparison of the package of interventions aimed at children with visual and hearing disabilities created by the WHO with the system operating today in Estonia and cost-effectiveness analysis for the Ministry of Social Affairs (repeat). The value of the contract is worth 9800000 EUR.
