Turkey, Aug. 4 -- The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) is providing a sustainability-linked loan of US$ 250 million to support Yeni Ma?azac?l?k's acquisition of CarrefourSA Carrefour Sabanci Ticaret Merkezi (CarrefourSA) in Turkiye.The facility comprises a loan of US$ 200 million for the EBRD's own account and a loan of US$ 50 million syndicated to FMO, the Dutch entrepreneurial development bank.This is a landmark transaction for Turkiye's retail sector that is expected to strengthen Yeni Ma?azac?l?k's nationwide platform, enhance its multi-format and omni-channel offering, and support the development of a more integrated retail ecosystem, creating additional opportunities for growth and long-term value creation acros...
