Italy, Feb. 26 -- Italy based De Sanctis Costruzioni SpA has secured contract from ROMA CAPITALE for Restoration work - Framework Agreement lasting 4 years with a single operator, pursuant to articles 59 paragraph 3 and 71 of Legislative Decree no. 36/2023, divided into three lots for the restoration and redevelopment of the former stable complex in the Villa Ada Park - Lot 1 Agency Stable - Lot 2 Stable - Lot 3 Casale dei Trenatori. The value of the contract is worth 297530012 EUR.
