Norway, Sept. 17 -- Bevest ASA ("the Company"), through its subsidiary Corvus Estate AS, has entered into an agreement to acquire the property at Kalvøyvegen 13, Jøsnøya, Hitra, from AKVA Group ASA in a sale-and-leaseback transaction. The transaction is expected to complete in September 2026.As part of the transaction, a purpose-built "bare house" facility will be constructed on the property. Once completed, AKVA Group ASA will lease the new facility under a triple-net lease with a term of 13 years from handover.
