United States, April 9 -- Continental Electronics Corp., Dallas, Texas, was awarded a not-to-exceed $234,515,857 firm-fixed-price, and cost reimbursable undefinitized contract action for Homeland Defense Over the Horizon Radar (OTHR) transmit subsystem. This contract provides for a specialized transmit sub-system for an OTHR. Work will be performed in the continental U.S. and is expected to be completed by March 31, 2031. This contract was a sole source acquisition. Fiscal 2025 research, development, test, and evaluation funds in the amount of $46,278,798 are being obligated at time of award.
