Conti Federal Services Awarded $169 Million Contract for Joint Base Lewis-McChord Facilities Modernization

United States, July 7 -- Conti Federal Services LLC, Orlando, Florida, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for the Joint Base Lewis-McChord Facilities Modernization Program. The amount of this action is $169,105,820 with a total cumulative face value of $208,906,534.Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work will be performed in Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, with an estimated completion date of July 6, 2031.Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance, Army funds in the amount of $169,105,820 were obligated at the time of the award.
