United States, Feb. 11 -- Consigli Construction Co. Inc., Milford, Massachusetts, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for construction of a new two-story fire station building, including apparatus bays, dorm rooms, administrative spaces, and supporting systems at Watervliet Arsenal. The amount of this action is $32,322,313. Bids were solicited via the internet with six received. Work will be performed in Watervliet, New York, with an estimated completion date of March 8, 2028. Fiscal 2025 military construction, Army funds in the amount of $32,322,313 were obligated at the time of the award. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, New York District, is the contracting activity (W912DS-26-C-A004).
