China, Feb. 9 -- A multi-storey parking garage built by CSCEC at Sihai Park in Shenzhen has recently been put into operation. The facility features 154 mechanical parking spaces and 17 ground-level charging spaces, making it the first zero-carbon parking garage in China powered by a photovoltaic, energy storage, direct current and flexibility system.Designed to blend with Lingnan garden aesthetics, the structure integrates seamlessly with the surrounding park and has become one of its landmark features.The garage is connected to a smart parking system that allows drivers to check space availability in real time, make reservations, retrieve vehicles and complete payments automatically, without manual intervention.
