Romania, Aug. 13 -- Romania based CEC Bank has secured contract from Operator SEAP for Credit granting services - Purchase of credit granting services, repayable financing, in the amount of 7770600.01 lei for the realization of public investments of local interest . The value of the contract is worth 4541716.54 RON .
