India, Sept. 1 -- The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved acquisition of up to 100% equity shareholding of Apollo Fertility Centre Pvt. Ltd (AFCPL) and Apollo Specialty Hospitals Pvt. Ltd. (ASHPL) by Kids Clinic India Ltd.
