Japan, Oct. 5 -- Canon Inc. announced it has begun a new free service that combines continuous printer monitoring with AI-based troubleshooting support for PIXUS (known as PIXMA in other regions) .Printer users often have questions about setup, connectivity, operation, and error recovery.
