Japan, Sept. 14 -- Canon Inc. and Canon Marketing Japan Inc. announced that Canon will deploy support operations for photographers and also provide technical support for broadcasters covering the 2026 Asian Games. Canon is an official partner of the Games, which will be held primarily in Nagoya.Canon will operate photographer support facilities at Nagoya City Mizuho Park Athletic Stadium and the Main Press Center, with the latter being the largest support facility of its kind at the Games.Based on its "Zero Downtime" vision, Canon will draw on five decades of experience at major sporting events to help accredited photographers keep downtime to an absolute minimum throughout the Games.
