United States, Sept. 9 -- CAE USA Inc., Tampa, Florida, has been awarded a $45,319,364 firm-fixed-price contract for a full flight simulator and logistics support package. This contract provides for the acquisition and installation of one Federal Aviation Administration, Level D qualified 747-8i full flight simulator at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, and the acquisition of an initial logistics support package.?Work will be performed in Tampa, Florida; Saint-Laurent, Quebec, Canada; and Joint Base Andrews, Maryland; and is expected to be completed by March 30, 2029.This contract was a sole source acquisition.Fiscal 2025 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $43,628,111 are being obligated at the time of award.
