United States, June 24 -- The Boeing Co., via The Bell Boeing Joint Project Office, Ridley Park, Pennsylvania, is being awarded $16,224,988 for a firm-fixed-price contract for the procurement of 25 structural ring assemblies, commonly known as the flex ring, utilized in Marine Corps V-22 Osprey aircraft. The contract does not contain an option provision and work will be completed by October 2032.Work will be performed in Sante Fe Springs, California (90%); and Ridley Park, Pennsylvania (10%). Fiscal 2026 working capital funds (Navy) in the contract's full amount of $16,224,988 will be obligated at time of award and those funds will not expire at the end of the applicable fiscal year.One company was solicited for this sole-source requirement...
