India, Oct. 28 -- The board of Info Edge (India) at its meeting held on 28 October 2026 has approved the proposal to divest its entire holding (i.e. 31.64%) held in Unnati Online on fully converted & diluted basis (excluding ESOP Pool), through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Startup Investments (Holding) (SIHL). A provision for impairment of full amount against said investment was booked in FY 2019-20. Post this divestment, Unnati Online will cease to be Associate Company of the Company.
