BL Harbert Awarded $212.8 Million Contract to Build 184 Army Family Housing Units in Belgium

United States, Sept. 28 -- BL Harbert International LLC, Birmingham, Alabama, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract to construct 184 Army family housing units. The amount of this action is $212,754,023 with a total cumulative face value of $245,178,821.Bids were solicited via the internet with four received. Work will be performed in Chievres, Belgium, with an estimated completion date of Sept. 17, 2030.Fiscal 2025 and 2026 military construction, Army funds in the amount of $212,754,023 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wiesbaden, Germany, is the contracting activity (W912GB-26-C-A013).
