France, Feb. 19 -- France based Bienfait & Associes has secured contract from Avenue-Web Systemes for Recruitment services - Framework agreement with purchase orders relating to a mission to assist with recruitment procedures carried out by the Human Resources Department of the RIVP and the two subsidiaries HSF and HENEO.
