Latvia, Oct. 29 -- Latvia based Baltijas izglitibas un attistibas centrs has secured contract from Zemkopibas ministrija for Adult and other education services - provision of scholarships as part of the intervention of the Latvian Community's agricultural policy strategic plan. The value of the contract is worth 30000 EUR.
