France, April 17 -- France based ARC SAS - SOCOBAT EXPERTISES has secured contract from Ville de Lille for Building-inspection services Assistance advice asbestos and lead diagnostics prior to rehabilitation or demolition operations for the city of Lille its associated municipalities Lomme and Hellemmes and their CCAS.
