United States, Sept. 25 -- AR6-White Construction JV LLC, New Braunfels, Texas, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract to design and construct a new Border Patrol Station and associated support facilities. The amount of this action is $115,640,036 with a total cumulative face value of $123,324,776.Bids were solicited via the internet with twelve received. Work will be performed in Freer, Texas, with an estimated completion date of Oct. 11, 2028.Fiscal 2026 Department of Homeland Security funds in the amount of $115,640,036 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Fort Worth, Texas, is the contracting activity (W9126G-26-C-A038).
