Alexandra Construction Awarded $20.5 Million Training Building Contract

United States, Sept. 30 -- Alexandra Construction Inc., Newton Upper Falls, Massachusetts, was awarded a firm-fixed-price contract for design-bid-build construction of a training building. The amount of this action is $20,498,000 with a total cumulative face value of $21,973,000.Bids were solicited via the internet with five received. Work will be performed in Charleston, South Carolina, with an estimated completion date of Dec. 21, 2029.Fiscal 2026 military construction, defense-wide funds in the amount of $20,498,000 were obligated at the time of the award. U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville, Kentucky, is the contracting activity (W912QR-26-C-A047).
