Liberia, July 14 -- The African Development Bank Group has launched RASME, a digital project supervision platform designed to improve how development projects are monitored, assessed and delivered in Liberia.The platform- Remote Appraisal, Supervision, Monitoring and Evaluation (RASME), was officially unveiled in Monrovia by Rees Mwasambili, the Bank's Country Manager in Liberia.
