Bhutan, Dec. 8 -- The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has approved a $15 million financing package to strengthen the banking and capital markets and enhance financial inclusion in the Kingdom of Bhutan. The assistance comprises a $10 million policy-based loan and $5 million policy-based grant funded through the Asian Development Fund, which is administered by ADB.The Strengthening the Banking and Capital Markets Reforms Program aims to improve financial stability in Bhutan by supporting economic diversification and robust private sector development.
