Philippines, Jan. 7 -- The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has appointed Bruce Dunn as Head of its Office of Safeguards.He will lead implementation of ADB's new Environmental and Social Framework, positioning the bank to deliver development solutions in compliance with high quality environmental and social management standards. He will also advise ADB Management and departments on compliance with the Framework. Mr. Dunn has 30 years of professional experience, including 15 years with ADB.
